Kelly is a Manager in our HR Advisory practice within Human Capital. Kelly has worked on several large-scale HR transformation programmes, with a particular focus on Learning. Kelly is MCIPD qualified and has designed and developed a range of early careers and leadership development programmes across a range of topics.
Kelly has a passion for working with transport clients and recently led the design and development of digital twin technology at a leading transport client that included a range of scenario-based learning and incorporating learning technology to enhance the user experience. This supported the client’s ambition to transform the way they deliver learning whilst introducing learning technology and cost efficiencies.
Kelly is currently a member of the learning leadership team with a focus on supporting client opportunities and partnerships.
