Khadija is a Senior Consultant within the HR Advisory practice at
Deloitte, focused within the areas of learning and talent. Khadija
previously completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology specialised
in the application of psychology to the workplace and organisations.
Khadija has worked on a variety of projects at Deloitte across different
sectors, in learning transformation, learning design, HR, talent and
data analysis. She additionally contributes to Deloitte’s skills-based
organisation proposition and supports learning and capability
development within the internal practice as part of the HR Consulting learning team.
