Kay is a Partner in Financial Services in Deloitte, based in London.
She joined Deloitte in 2011 following a career that has spanned Government, Banking, Insurance and Professional Services, working in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Alongside her work delivering finance and change programmes in Financial Services she is part of our Sustainable Finance team, and the global ESG Strategy and Transformation initiative. She also focuses on societal impact initiatives, Diversity & Inclusion and Well-being, and is the Dean for the FSI curriculum in Deloitte University, EMEA. She is the Delivery Partner leading the Industry Consultation workstream of the ‘Taskforce to Boost Socioeconomic Diversity in Leadership in UK Financial & Professional Services’, sponsored by HM Treasury and BEIS and commissioned through the Corporation of the City of London. She sponsors our partnership with the Valuable500, a global disability inclusion movement, where we are partnered with Google to develop cultural change tools to support all businesses and creating opportunity and access needed for disabled colleagues in the workplace.
