In particular, Kathryn is the UK lead for Pay Transparency and compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, advising clients as they plan their roadmap towards its implementation in 2026.

Kathryn's sector expertise lies in the TMT sector and she has a particular interest in the use of technology in the workplace, including the rise of GenAI, machine learning and wearable devices and the legal implications of this.
