  • "Fair Pay" (equal pay and pay equity audits, the EU Pay Transparency Directive, gender and ethnicity pay gaps, holiday pay);
  • employment / worker status, IR35 and the Off Payroll Working Rules;
    • global employment law compliance including global workforce reduction programmes;
  • litigation including tribunal claims and restrictive covenant disputes;
  • employee data privacy issues;
  • employment aspects of outsourcings and acquisitions;
  • discrimination issues; and
  • contracts and policy drafting.
