A specialist in M&A due diligence, Kyalo assists transactors on both pensions and wider HR issues. Given the international scope of many transactions, he is regularly called upon to review pension and HR arrangement in many different countries. In particular, he is a leading expert on the DB requirements of the UK’s Pensions Schemes Act 2021 (and associated secondary legislation) and its impact on transactions and corporate restructuring.
