Kayley is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice, specialising in Prudential Risk and Regulation. She is a key team member of the UK new banks authorisation business and has helped a range of financial institutions from e-money institutions (EMIs) to banks and mortgage lenders on their journey to obtain a UK regulatory licence.
Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked for the Bank of England and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) including time spent as a supervisor in the International Banks Division.
