Kate leads Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting business in the UK. She has spent her career partnering with business leaders to build their human capital – aligning leadership, people and culture to successfully deliver major business transformation and create lasting business impact and value.
She has a particular passion for developing organisations and workforces that are digital, agile, sustainable and fit for the #FutureOfWork. Kate works with clients across all sectors, specialising in the Technology, Media and Telecoms industry, with deep experience in operating model design, People and Talent strategies, Digital & Cloud transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Kate also leads the UK CHRO Transition and Development programme and is host on our Leading in the Future of Work webinar series
