James is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Digital Consulting and has over 10 years’ experience of working with leading CPG and sports organisations on digital and marketing transformation projects that span multiple territories.
James specialises in advising sports industry organisations such as National Governing Bodies (NGBs), to develop transformational strategies and use techology to drive fan engagement, enhanced experiences, a healthy grassroots player base and new revenue streams.
James has co-authored Deloitte’s ‘Future of Sport’ report, an annual publication on what is shaping the future of the sports industry and what organisations can do to prepare for the challenges and opportunities that can be expected in the next decade.
