Jill has over 20 years of HR industry and consulting experience working with and for many global leading organizations spanning multiple sectors and geographies.
She specialises in HR Transformation and focuses on large scale transformations for global organisations. This has included the optimisation of global Shared Services models and the development of Service Delivery Models, the implementation of holistic structures for digital HR and for specific teams such as Resourcing, Talent or HR Business Partners.
Jill has also supported clients in building HR functions from scratch with large global clients and developed Human Capital strategies as a platform for the next 5-10 years. She works closely with C-Suite clients as a trusted advisor and has been retained by multiple clients to provide SME advice.
