Julian is a Partner in our Life Sciences practice with more than 25 years of consulting experience, of which 20 years in life sciences and secondary healthcare. He leads our R&D advisory practice across Europe where he specialises in planning and implementing strategies to raise return on investment (ROI) in pharmaceutical R&D. He has led organisational change, performance improvement and regulatory compliance programs within drug development at major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
