Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor experienced in the delivery of external and internal audits. He predominantly work with financial services firms, in particular general insurers which have been my primary focus over the last 4 years.
He also serves clients on regulatory and legislative matters, in particular regarding control frameworks, governance models and compliance with AML requirements.
He is knowledgeable in IFRS, UK GAAP and Solvency II reporting. He has recently completed two secondments with the Financial Services regulator in Gibraltar, assisting in the delivery of their 2019 Prudential Quality Assurance exercise focussing on Solvency II governance and reporting and assisting the Prudential authorisations and supervisory teams with BAU activities.
