I am the Head of Resourcing Business Partnering & Senior Hiring for the UK firm. I sit in the Enabling Functions HR team and lead the following teams:
1. Workforce Planning & Resourcing Business Partnering – strategic HR Resourcing business partnering with senior business area leadership teams (COO, P&P, HRD etc) to ensure future resource demand is delivered, in-Financial Year performance meets expectations and we have robust plans to achieve our D&I objectives and commitments
2. Partner Hiring – delivering Partner hires to the firm
3. DSM Hiring – delivering Director and Senior Manager hires to the firm
4. Candidate Engagement – direct sourcing teams delivering Partner, Director and Senior Manager candidates to the firm
