John is a Vice Chair in Equity Capital Markets and has over 30 years’ experience with the firm, 20 as partner and over 15 within equity capital markets. In that time he has worked on numerous capital markets transactions including listings on the Main Market and AIM, public takeovers, class 1 acquisitions and disposals, demergers and rights issues.
