James is an international tax partner and has over 20 years’ experience advising large multinationals across a range of industries on cross border mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, disposals, financing and associated capital flows. He retains strong Australian contacts having worked in Sydney and clients include large multinationals in the media, life sciences and mining sectors. James is a member of Deloitte’s UK leadership team and until recently led Deloitte’s International Tax team.
