Jessica has over 10 years of industry and regulatory experience, first as a surveillance manager at Morgan Stanley and then in financial regulation at the Financial Conduct Regulator (“FCA”). At the FCA, Jessica investigated cases of possible market abuse and later worked as a Supervisor in Wholesale Conduct.
She joined Deloitte in 2018 and specialises in conduct risk and market abuse controls. Jessica has been involved in a wide range of projects in these areas, including leading a gap analysis of policies and procedures against the Market Abuse Regulation for a large UK bank and assisting a European bank in the review of their governance of key surveillance models. More recently, Jessica assisted a bank with the identification and mapping of conduct risks in the front line, drafting guidelines and delivering training materials on key conduct related topics.
