Jim is a partner in our Equity Capital Markets team in London and has 20 years’ transaction experience at Deloitte. Jim leads the IPO readiness proposition at Deloitte which specialises in assisting companies in preparing for and executing an IPO. His experience includes both acting as reporting accountant and working alongside company management to support through all aspects of a transaction.
His has worked on a number of high profile IPOs in recent years, as well as a broad range of other equity capital markets transactions, Class 1 acquisitions and disposals, reverse acquisitions, rights issues, and bond issues. He also specialises in preparing carve-out financial statements for business separations.
