Jackie Hau

Jackie is an associate director in our London-based Global Capitals Markets Group specialising in supporting clients in debt and equity raisings and M&A transactions in both the UK and the US.

Jackie has worked with several large groups seeking London listings and has experience across a range of reporting accountant and advisory assist engagements, including IPO readiness assessments for companies considering listings (including SPACs), registered offerings and 144As. Jackie understand the complex project management, structuring and SEC reporting challenges which can arise as part of the pre-listing process, and typical solutions used to manage them in tight deal timetables.
