Jen is an Employment Taxes and Benefits Director within the Global Employer Services team. She advises businesses on developing benefits strategies for a contemporary workforce, advising on; benefits design & financing, vendor selection & implementation, technology and administration, and data analytics to deliver insights and assess value.
 
Jen has extensive experience in the operation of tax and social security, advising employers on compliance and planning matters relating to employment taxes. She is a broad adviser working with clients on a variety of topics, including; payroll, benefits, expenses, National Minimum Wage, termination payments, off-payroll workers and status, governance and controls, as well as the Construction Industry Scheme.
 
She works across all sectors, with a focus on businesses in the Financial Services sector.
