Jennifer is a Manager and Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) in the Real Assets Advisory, Development and Assurance team in Manchester. Jennifer has experience working on a number of large-scale regeneration projects in Manchester, including education, residential, student residential, mixed-use, leisure and commercial schemes in addition to providing planning strategy and estate-wide advice. Jennifer has extensive experience working within the education and sports and leisure sectors and has provided planning support and advice to major clients in this space.
