Jennifer is an Assistant Director and Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) in the firm’s Infrastructure and Real Estate service line in Manchester. Jennifer acts as the Regional Crane Survey Lead, coordinating the production of the reports which measure the level of construction activity and the external market factors influencing construction in four regional cities: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Belfast.

Jennifer has experience working on a number of major regeneration projects in Manchester, across all sectors, in addition to providing planning strategy and comprehensive estate-wide planning advice. Jennifer has extensive experience working for major clients within the education, and sports and leisure sectors.
