Ian has worked extensively across UK Central and Local Government for the past 20 years helping to establish new organisations and transform existing organisations to meet demand, deliver on quality, reduce costs, and respond to new policies, regulations and customer needs.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Ian held a number of practice and managerial roles across children’s social care, including services for children in care, youth offending teams and frontline child protection services.
