Isla sits in Deloitte’s Major Programmes team, where she is a Programme Aerodynamics practitioner with a focus on Continuous Strategy and VUCA analysis. She has worked with clients across a range of sectors and industries, navigating major transformations and implementing innovative, pragmatic solutions to complex challenges. Prior to joining the Firm, Isla spent much of her career in the public sector working on environmental policy and international affairs.
