Ian heads up the Oil & Gas team within Transaction Services with a particular focus on upstream Exploration and Production companies. Ian has international experience in advising companies in the oil & gas sector from M&A deals to capital markets transactions. In Ian’s spare time he enjoys athletics, tennis and playing chess with his daughter.
