Imran is a communications professional with extensive experience in helping national organisations achieve impactful press coverage. He initially started his career as a reporter, working for a local newspaper before moving onto a national newspaper, where he covered business, technology and political stories. He has interviewed several leading politicians, celebrities and entrepreneurs during his time as a journalist.
When making his transition to public relations (PR), Imran worked as a media officer for NSPCC, the UK's leading children's charity helping to prevent child abuse and the National Pharmacy Association, a trade body representing community pharmacy owners. In his current role at Deloitte he is responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns for a variety of industries.
He works on the following areas: technology, artificial intelligence, consulting, life sciences and healthcare, cyber and government and public services.
