Hywel leads Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects business within the firm’s Infrastructure and Real Estate team.
Hywel advises central government departments and arms' length bodies on large scale, complex technology-enabled commercial transformation and procurement programmes. An accountant by background, and commercial adviser by trade, Hywel’s areas of specialism include leading financial analysis to establish the case for investment; structuring and leading complex procurements; contract development, review, negotiation and exit support; and structuring of commercial arrangements.
