Gordon has vast experience working cross-industry on technology-enabled Digital change, with a particular focus on Employee Experience strategy and design. He works with clients to help them to create cross-functional experience strategies and supports them in iterating and developing an internal experience using customer experience principles and underpinned with human-centred design principles and rooted in real data. Sitting within Deloitte’s Cloud Engineering practice, he works closely with Deloitte’s Human Capital and Real Estate practice to build client approaches that consider the Work, the Worker and the Workplace.
