Gemma is a senior Director in the Deloitte Restructuring Tax team. She focuses on creating value through business rescue, corporate turnaround, managed exit and beyond. Her priority is to get the best outcomes for companies and their key stakeholders on high profile, big ticket transactions. She is currently:
- Supporting clients on large and complex corporate restructurings and turnarounds
- Providing support to companies looking at Managed Exit opportunities to fix, sell or close non-core or underperforming parts of their business; and
- Advising investors on opportunities across the restructuring space.
