Glen is a Partner in our Corporate Turnaround Team.
He has over 20 years’ experience of guiding companies through periods of major change, including corporate transformation programmes, debt restructurings and capital-raising activities. He brings deep experience of working both as a hands-on turnaround adviser and also as a company executive (Chief Restructuring Officer, CFO, COO).
Glen has led a number of high profile and complex Turnaround programmes and debt restructurings both in the UK and internationally and works across industries ranging from retail, hospitality and leisure to industrials and healthcare. He works collaboratively with management to build trust and alignment with major stakeholders.
