Fiona Watson

Fiona is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Total Reward and Benefits Investment Services Team. She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has 10 years’ experience advising trustees of both DB and DC pension schemes on all aspects of pension scheme investments. This includes designing investment strategies, researching investment managers and monitoring investment performance against objectives.

Fiona is assisting clients with understanding the risks and opportunities for their investment strategy relating to environmental, social and governance factors, including climate change. Fiona is involved in supporting trustees with the implementation of the new Climate Change Governance and Reporting Regulations and adopting the recommendations of the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures). This involves supporting with setting climate related investment objectives and implementing them through investment strategy changes.
