She specialises in the development of strategies and design of enterprise-wide operating models to help clients deliver better outcomes for the populations they serve. Her experience includes design of health and care models to inform new hospital build; new regulatory models to manage innovation and a new operating model for a combined authority. Frances is a Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Management Consultant and brings rigour and depth of expertise to solve complex client problems.
