Fiona Flanagan

Fiona sits in the Real Assets Advisory team at Deloitte providing strategic advice to both landlords and occupiers across the public and private sector.

Fiona is passionate about helping her clients drive growth and experience through workplace transformation and operational excellence. She played a key role in designing and delivering the Deloitte post-Covid transformation programme ‘Deloitte Works’ with a key focus on workplace strategy.

Fiona currently leads the Deloitte UK Live Real Estate Project Management Office, delivering Deloitte’s hybrid working model across the firms UK portfolio including the recent Manchester office relocation as well as new and refurbished offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Bristol.
