Farina is the lead partner for the travel legal advisory practice within Deloitte Legal. She is a travel law expert specialising in regulatory advice and commercial contracts for the travel industry and leads the firm’s legal advisory for travel. Her clients include tour operators, online travel agents, hotels, airlines, travel consortia and accredited bodies, travel management companies, travel technology providers and festival organisers.

With over 10 years of travel law experience Farina has an in-depth knowledge of the legal issues affecting the travel industry. She is experienced in drafting and advising on consumer terms and conditions, overseas supplier contracts and retail agency agreements, as well as giving regulatory advice on the likes of the Package Travel Regulations, the ATOL Regulations and EC 261/2004 (flight delay and disruption).

Farina is ranked in Band 2 in Chambers and Partners UK 2020 for Travel: Regulatory & Commercial where she is described as “very approachable” and “always commercially aware and effective, while displaying excellent technical knowledge”.
