Eoin Ó Murchú

A Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he works with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams on the delivery of complex, high-value programmes, particularly across new nuclear, nuclear decommissioning, energy transmission and distribution, and wider infrastructure.

Having started his career in construction, Eoin has spent over a decade advising programmes on set-up and transformation, delivery and independent assurance, cost and commercial performance, programme controls, and the turnaround of complex or underperforming projects.

Eoin also advises clients on the practical application of data, digital technology and AI to major capital programmes, helping improve decision-making, productivity, cost certainty and delivery performance.
