Eleanor is a director in the Tax Policy Group part of Deloitte’s Tax Quality team. She leads a team of four people dedicated to providing tax technical support to the Global Employer Services (GES) business. Eleanor has worked in tax for more than 30 years (at Deloitte since 2016) and specialises in employment tax and international mobility work.
Eleanor is also a fellow of the ICAEW and a member of the CIOT, where she serves on the employment taxes technical sub-committee. She also represents the CIOT at HMRC's Joint Forum on Expatriate Tax and NIC.
