She has advised all levels of Government and private sector clients on complex Major Programmes and Transactions supporting the establishment and delivery of essential public infrastructure and services across the UK and Australia.

Elysia has over 10 years’ of financial services experience specialising in major programmes design and delivery, robust value for money appraisal, financial and commercial structuring, transactions, developing tailored business cases, designing and executing procurements, negotiating contracts to close, and complex financial modelling.
