Emma Lamont

Emma is a manager in Deloitte’s Regulatory practice. She has 10 years regulatory experience, gained at the Financial Conduct Authority and Financial Ombudsman Service. Her areas of experience are SME lending including collections and recoveries, consumer credit, FCA authorisations, and Retail Banking Supervision, multi-firm project work, data use and GDPR in regulated firms, complaints and whistleblowing. She has experience developing ground up policy, process and frameworks as well as end to end review and remediation of conduct matters covering; governance, policy and process, frameworks, systems and controls, QA and outcomes testing.
