Ed is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Public Sector at Deloitte. He is a Finance Systems Partner who specialises in supporting the Public Sector in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), finance systems and technology improvement programmes. Specifically, Ed has over 20 years’ experience in supporting Government on finance and procurement change programmes. Ed has led finance and technology transformation projects at blue chip organisations and central government departments focusing on improving the quality of management information, cost reduction and implementing enabling technology. Ed is a member of both the Deloitte Public Sector leadership team and the Defence & Security leadership team.
