Lizzie is an experienced M&A advisor with a focus on the consumer goods industry and retail landscape. She supports clients (from global corporates to private equity houses) in navigating their way through deal processes, advising specifically on financial due diligence considerations (including preparing a company and their financials in advance of sell-side situations) as well as leading on the joined-up provision of any broader advisory expertise as required. Lizzie has extensive experience across mid-market deals through to complex global carve-outs.
