Daniela has over 20 years’ of UK financial sector experience, first as a portfolio manager at Morgan Grenfell/Deutsche Asset Management and at a hedge fund and then in financial regulation as prudential and conduct risk Supervisor at the FSA and later FCA.
She joined Deloitte in 2014 and is SME on the risk, control and compliance requirements within asset and wealth management, specifically on evidencing effective governance, oversight, risk management and controls, including but not limited to Investment Risk, Liquidity Risk, Market Abuse, Unauthorised Trading, Best Execution, Conflicts of Interest, Side-by-Side risk, Product Governance, New Product & Transaction Approval Processes, Suitability and Appropriateness, Assessment of Value, Consumer Duty, ESG Investment Processes and Disclosures.
