David O’Neill

David is a Senior Manager in the Bank Treasury team, part of the Banking and Capital Markets practice. He provides advice to clients on structured finance and has worked with clients on various structured finance transactions and portfolio acquisitions. David has also worked in Deloitte’s regulatory strategy group and provides advice to clients around aspects of financial regulation.
