Dominic leads the marketing and business development strategy for our Equity Capital Markets group, providing specialist expertise to help clients maximise shareholder and stakeholder value, and navigate each stage of an IPO, M&A transaction, or equity fundraising lifecyle. Our London-based team has had a role in over half of recent UK Main Market transactions, as well as executing transactions on 15 international exchanges including the US and major European and African bourses.

Having been with Deloitte since 2005, Dominic has worked at the UK, EMEA, and Global levels. His economic research and analysis includes the the biannual UK ECM update, the US-UK M&A deal monitor, and the European and Asian Deleveraging reports, and have been featured in the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, City AM, Debtwire, and numerous industry publications.
