Diane joined Deloitte in April 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her first challenge was to establish effective ways of working and supporting processes for 45 people during lockdown. She brought a fresh perspective to this unprecedented environment, creating a safe, collaborative and productive operating model.
A highly accomplished strategic operations leader, Diane has extensive experience in driving growth, operational efficiency and strategic execution across complex international environments. She has a proven ability to co-lead with seven senior Partners across T&T and engineering, translating their vision into actionable plans, optimising resources and leading significant operational transformation. Diane brings a deep understanding of the T&T strategy and how the firm operates.
