He has 30 years’ experience in technology spanning delivery, strategy, and transformation. Dean works closely with government departments which carry responsibility for supporting regulation, business growth and those who are pivotal to our industrial strategy, helping them transform their legacy technology to fit for purpose digital platforms commensurate with a 21st century Government.
