Darren Graves has been the Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte UK since 1 June 2026 and represents the UK firm on the EMEA Executive.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience advising some of the firm’s largest private equity clients on complex cross-border transactions and investment structuring.
Darren joined Deloitte UK in 2001, starting as a graduate in Business Tax before moving into M&A Tax, where he became Partner in 2012. In 2019 Darren founded and scaled the Financial Investors business, creating a national, multi-offering practice focussed on private capital. Before he was elected as the UK CEO, Darren was the Managing Partner for NSE Tax & Legal, leading integration across Europe and the Middle East, advancing digital strategy and developing regional operating models.
