Devinder is the Head of Workplace Strategy at Deloitte and is responsible for delivering the firm’s occupier strategy for its 16,000 people across UK and Swiss office portfolio.
Her role relies on insight into the firm’s dynamic workforce and a rapidly changing market in order to develop and implement new ways of working which both inform and challenge property decisions.
Devinder aligns the firm’s evolving workplace requirements and the business strategic direction with talent, tech and brand, designing flexible spaces to accommodate their needs.
