Dan Beanland

Dan is the lead partner for Separations, Integrations and JVs within the PMI team. He has over 20 years transaction experience working on some of the largest and most complex business combinations and separations across Europe. He has a background in public transactions and the development of integration blueprints and synergy cases. Dan typically works with Steering Committees and Boards to establish appropriate governance of a transaction programme and ensure delivery of business objectives.
