David’s key area of focus is the financial services sector and Finance and back office transformation. David has developed strategies and approaches for Finance transformations including Finance operating model solutions (both onshore and offshore), technology deployment and outsourcing. David’s experience allows him to shape the agenda and drive change across the finance and operations function combining the necessary skill sets to deliver a coherent and compelling solution.
