Dan is a Director in the South West Business Tax team and leads Deloitte’s Private Markets Tax practice in the South West alongside Lizzie Hill.
Dan specialises in advising private equity backed and privately owned businesses, particularly ambitious groups looking to grow quickly and expand internationally. He is experienced in advising clients on a range of tax matters at all stages of their growth, from tax governance and compliance matters to restructurings, refinancings, acquisitions and disposals.
Dan has particular expertise in the field of transactions, leading a team working on 20+ transaction a year. His team provides tax due diligence and tax structuring.
