Dan is a Partner in our Transaction Services team. He has over 17 years M&A experience and has advised clients on a wide range of transactions, supporting on corporate and private equity acquisition and vendor due diligence, reporting accountant engagements and re-financings. Dan sits on the UK exec committee for Transportation, Hospitality and Services and is sector lead for Transport & Logistics. He also represents the Regions on the Consumer Financial Advisory exec committee and leads the Regions Transaction Services Consumer sector team.
