Clive Tietjen

Clive is a transfer pricing specialist. He leads Reading Business Tax and jointly leads Deloitte UK’s tax and legal supply chain practice, with a particular focus on the impact of the digitalisation of supply chains. Clive has significant experience in helping businesses manage their risk through the structuring of supply chain arrangements which are practical and consistent with their business model, addressing the transfer pricing and associated tax issues caused by business change (including permanent establishment and exit considerations), partnering with them to prepare bespoke documentation and supporting them under tax audit.
